It is no secret that professional rugby teams make use of freestyle wrestling coaches to condition their players and giving them an edge with the contact situations by exposing them to basic wrestling techniques.

We focus on the positive. This means we use the training time to explore and practice skills that can prevent, avoid, de-escalate, or stop a problem as soon as possible. We do not use scare tactics or stories that focus on children being victimized. All the kids are treated as winners and encouraged to be their best.
There are allot of parents who are really keen to get their kids involved at a very young age. We do not believe in formally training kids when they are 3 or 4 years old. Your child will gain allot more from just playfully wrestling with one of the parents or brother/sister at home.
We accept kids from 6 years old to join the Bully Proof your child program. The program caters for all children who are officially in primary school.
